Cancellation Policy


At Phone Solutions Ltd. UK, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or modify your repair order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation Before Repair
- If you cancel your repair order before any work has been done, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.
- Please note that cancellation requests must be made in writing info@phonesolutionltd.uk and must be received by us before any work has commenced.

Cancellation During Repair

- If you cancel your repair order after work has commenced, you will be liable for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
- These costs may include parts and labor, and you will be required to pay for these costs before your device is returned to you.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of cancellation.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
No-Show Policy
- If you fail to pick up your device within 30 days of completion of the repair, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee.
- If your device is not picked up within 60 days, we reserve the right to dispose of your device.
By placing a repair order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our cancellation policy.
